Your health documents are securely stored here. Explore, manage, and share with ease.
Project Snapshot
MediVault is a user - centred app that helps people securely store, access, and manage medical records in one place. It was inspired by a real problem - helping my grandmother avoid repeated tests and confusion during hospital visits.
Problem
Patients struggle to manage scattered medical records.
Solution
A structured, intuitive app for storing and viewing medical history.
My Role
UI/UX design — user flows, screens, interactions
The Problem
Managing medical records is often fragmented. When a patient visited different doctors, old records were lost or unavailable, forcing repeated tests and delays. MediVault addresses this by giving users a simple, secure home for all their medical information.

Target Users
People who need a reliable way to organise their health documents.
Anyone who visits multiple clinics or hospitals.
Elderly users and caregivers needing quick access to records.

What I Learned
This project taught me the value of structuring complex information clearly, especially for sensitive content like health data. It reinforced the importance of thinking from the user’s perspective - what they need to find quickly and what might overwhelm them.
Next Steps
Emergency access mode
Multi-user support (family caregiver access)
Doctor sharing feature (QR based)
